The Blackout scarf
Blackout regulations meant that all windows had to be covered at night to prevent the escape of any light that might aid enemy aircraft. Lights were either switched off or fitted with covers.
This scarfâs design is derived from a Second World War poster created by the famous British cartoonist Fougasse aimed to cut the number of accidents cause by the blackout.
Made in England, 100% silk. 50.8cm square.
