Go Through Your Wardrobe A3 print
This poster was created during the Second World War, and is relevant piece of advice in these times of austerity.
When clothing rationing was introduced in June 1941 the British people were issued with just 66 clothing coupons each. To assist, the Board of Trade initiated the âMake do and Mendâ campaign to suggest innovative ways of making the best of peopleâs clothes.
